Looking For A Terrier Run/pen

Would any of yous use this as a run 7ft x 7ft x 4ft high or would it be no good??

Any I've seen Similiar the chain link is weakly tied to bars and I wouldn't want to own a terrier that couldn't escape a 4 foot high pen. It's classed as a whelping pen because the bitch won't want to leave pups and if she does she's free.

Yes I wondered about the chain link it will be my first time keeping a dog out side so I am looking for the best option.
