Rabid 1,936
I been doing some digger work for a farmer and today the next door hose farm owner approached me to see if I would put some water mains in for them, so I went and had a look after I finished, nice little job, but the place was over run with rabbits, all over the bloody place, I mentioned them to her as you do, and she said yeah the bloody things are a pain, she has a bloke who goes shooting but in TWO years he hasn't shot one ! So I duly offered my services, she snatched my arm off, around acres of pasture, sparse hedges you can walk through, holes everywhere, lovely ferreting ground, she has also said I can shoot the place as well, so more work, and another very good perm, happy days 8 Quote Link to post

Rabid 1,936
Nice going and just at the correct time of year Yep, And it just so happens I have two of this years kits that are just about ready to make a start in life, it all fell into place today I have to say. I will say it's a tad early for me this year though, I will wait a bit longer, may try a few smaller sets, but I still seen plenty of young around, and the ground is like rock, won't be easy getting pegs in.
