straight2hand 304 Posted September 23, 2016 Report Share Posted September 23, 2016 I am sure most are in a similar position, I'm trying to keep the dog fit and lean on the bike been a good while now...but also out of the sun!!! Throwing the odd night in when there is cloud cover, but then - no wind!!!, Down South today was like mid July/August. My current bitch's first proper season, She has probs had about 25-30 rabbits last season and a couple of trips out so far but nothing I would deem a proper nights work but she looks to be a good lamper at 17 month old but...she needs work and then I will know what I have and she can show me what she's got! It is such a patient game being a lurcher man. She kills every time I go out when its's stacked against her at times but she needs work to refine her craft and make the dog of her, season please hurry up and take off I am itching to go now!!! having a stretch on the bounce trying to cut her up abit 1 Quote Link to post

Yeah it's a bit cooler but today round my way glorious sunshine! very hard ground, clear sky tonight and no wind ...I will wait but that doesn't mean I want too pal!!!!
