My shotgun cert table two is full ( from when I first got my licence and bought everything I saw lol ) I phoned my firearms unit and they told me to send my licence to them and I'd get it back in acouple of days . Is this the right thing to do ?? I think I mite be over thinking this but if I send them my licence back won't I then be holding guns illegally without posseing a licence .. Cheers Quote Link to post
walshie 2,804 Posted August 24, 2016 Report Share Posted August 24, 2016 That's the normal thing to do. You will still have a SGC, just not the physical paper part. I'd take a photocopy or scan of it first though so you can double check the new one has the right guns on it. Quote Link to post

Ring them and ask, tell them the problem and they may just let you take it down in person for them to do while you wait. Unfortunately nobody but your local office can help. Quote Link to post
