The EU Treaties, laws and policies still apply to us until our membership ceases so if they bring these new regulations in, then we might just choose to ignore them, like we did with their attempts to change us from inches, feet and miles. They eventually officially gave up trying to change us on those... I think any new EU legislation will be effectively null and void in it's application to Britain from now on. If anything, we'll be setting the wheels in motion to repeal much of it. Quote Link to post
