paulk73 151
Well after getting the cricket christened last night,I decided to do a bit of a pellet test after work today. I tried superfields, h & n ftts. Hw magnums and h & n hunter extreme. Only tried them out to 25 yards. But I found that the cricket is decidedly unfussy when it comes to pellets. I was particularly impressed with the single hole groups with the hunter extreme, I'm not a big fan on gimmicky pellets, although I have tried them in the 100, I didnt like them as much as this does. I will be trying them all out again at longer distances and I will post my findings accordingly Quote Link to post
villaman 9,982
I have found them to be OK out to about 40-45 yards , but after that they opened up loads Quote Link to post
jonnie bravo 572
I have found them good pellets too but Ideally need higher power than 12ft/lbs to make them open up properly. RWS super h points open up much better. Quote Link to post
charlie caller 3,654
My old .177 hw77 was absolutely blisteringly accurate with them, lots and lots of one shot kills at decent range, deffo a proper pellet not a gimmick . Quote Link to post
