Hunting loon 100 Posted September 24, 2015 Report Share Posted September 24, 2015 I decide to open a ebay account and bought a sloping dog cage for car from a shop on eBay called passion auto uk they are situated in Yarmouth they sell loads of stuff and I paid the extra for next day delivery and to be honest they next day option was reason I bought it I never received item next day and tried to contact them but no reply worst service ever please be careful if you buy from this vender as I think any exchanges would be difficult as no phone number apart from mobile that never gets answered as it is online company so no chance a of getting postage refund only pity service is shite as sell some good products for price 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

lurchers 2,598 Posted September 24, 2015 Report Share Posted September 24, 2015 Get in touch with eBay and put a dispute on then they will have to sort you out.if you have payed for next day then you should get it next day simple as.if the shoe was on the other foot mate they would do it to you.once over things like that didn't bother me until we had 1 rip us off for £7 and eBay beleaved her over us after 10yrs of 100% positive feedback.so now I think feck them Quote Link to post Share on other sites
