dodger 3,589
Usually have my ferret in a 4ft hutch and I then have a big rabbit run that I put him in a few times a day to play etc but I thought I'd buy him a nice big new hutch as I like the fella he's a right character, so we got the hutch n I was thinking he'l love this n he does but the problem is it takes me ages to clean him out every morning now, I put a cat litter tray in the corner hoping he would learn to use that but he just shits n pisses everywhere but, wish I didn't buy the thing now lol n just kept things simple, any ideas folks on how to get him to go in one place cheers.. Jax13 251
Mine were nice and clean at first then went through a phase when they came into season of crapping anywhere. They have now settled on the opposite end of the run to before (mine are in a chicken coup and run type hutch) and are tidy again. Try shovelling all the muck into one corner and see if that helps for the following day Edited August 19, 2015 by Jax13 Quote Link to post
