Guest Macnas Posted November 10, 2007 Report Share Posted November 10, 2007 Remington 1100's are classics of the semi-auto world. People love them to fecking bits. As far as I know, the only thing that goes wrong with them is the action bar breaking, and then only rarely. I would say this, a skeet gun will have done a ferocious amount of shooting in it's time if the owner was a serious skeet head. As for the choke, it's either a fixed choke (can't be changed) or a multichoke (can be changed). 1100's are/were made in both configurations. A quick look at the end of the muzzle will tell you. A Rem. 1100, clean and not too banged about, is a good buy. Quote Link to post
