Cleanspade 3,324
cracking pup that. . there are more like you. plenty of folk think of the welfare of there dogs before money. i sold the odd litter back in the day. but never made anything out of them. ive given away a few also. and have in return have been gifted the odd pup. i'm running a pup on just now that was given to me by a lad that doesnt know me from adam. and i will give this pup the very best chance . due partially to the trust shown in me. and if i ever get the chance the favour will be returned. ( despite nothing being asked of me) i hope you get the offer of a decent pup to run for free or at least for a fair price. Quote Link to post
blue staffy 145
Done the same myself last year had a pup booked ended up getting the whole litter ( only 3 pups ) at 4 was old as boy couldn't keep them , so reared the pups to 8 wks made my choice and gave the other 2 away but the boys that got them keep in touch and I would like to think they would return the favour if I needed a pup , dog game shouldn't be about money good honest lads keeping / breeding good honest dogs should be what it's about 2 Quote Link to post

jigsaw 11,900
well I have to eat my words, a lad on here who is a good friend of mine rang me the other day, told me of a lad whos getting rid of a 12 month old 1st x saluki hound, nothing done with her and since hes working every day and hour he can get shes been neglected so I called down liked what I saw and bought the bitch for next to nothing, fingers x'ed she'll become next seasons star lol.Im not fond of buying older dogs but this is a genuine situation and the price was feck all so worth a gamble I thought. 2 Quote Link to post
