bobcullen79 1,495
Was out up the farm this morning, first to have a crack at the mice in the grain store, then on to the cattle sheds with the smoker... Well, we done the mice and as per usual, couldnt get the chainsaw going onsite when it was working fine yesterday... Ah well, their there for another day. The dogs marked a rat hole and we managed to dig him out, just the one before admitting defeat. 2 Quote Link to post

bobcullen79 1,495
Are they specially bred mousing terriers ???......... Lol, they prefer rats, mind the pat seems to go soft mouthed on mice They had them in about an hour, By dropping the russell into the half ton bags of grain with the tie tops used for sowing with the pat mopping up the runners. Spent longer trying to dig rats out with sicky Will. Yeah John, wasnt a bad morning, bit dissapointed we didnt get into the rats. I would have brought the pup if I`d have know it was just gonna be mice. She got bit by a rat last time she came and I dont want her getting hard mouthed before shes wed to ferreting.
