nottzhunter08 898 Posted January 2, 2015 Report Share Posted January 2, 2015 had a mooch local with a pal today... we ferreted 2 warrens... first one consisted of about 30 holes but I only had 18 nets so covered as much as possible and hoped for the best... to my surprise we had 6 rabbits all in purse nets... we also had a baby bolt so I dropped it alive down another warren we wasn't ferreting... second warren consisted of about 5 holes we had 2 bolt out in to nets and one slipped a net but the dogs made short work of it... after countless times of trying to locate the ferret in which I failed we finnaly picked him up after a good hour and half dug down to him and pulled 2 out of a stop end... but it was only 3ft deep and locator was not picking anything up just beeping every now again like it had a mind of it own ... so we ended on ten rabbits and had a cracking start to the new year... cheers for looking and happy new year everyone 7 Quote Link to post
