Bagpuss 0 Posted October 29, 2007 Report Share Posted October 29, 2007 Arter Par boiling the potatoes and roughing them up a little , my Nan used to shake a little flour over them before putting them in HOT fat.They were the crunchiest fluffiest roast potatoes ever!!!
