Guest SKINNER
please ...if i was driving 5 miles and it took me 30 mintues...whats the average speed ...anybody work it out for me please ....cheers snoop ....... RIGHT IF IT TOOK YOU 60 MINS TO DO 5 MILE =5 MPH AND THEN YOU DONE THE SAME DISTANCE IN HALF THE TIME WOULD IT NOT MEAN YOU DONE IT TWICE AS FAST =10 MPH 60 MINUTES TO DO 5 MILE, YOU DIVIDE THE 5 INTO 60 WHICH MEANS YOU WHERE GOING 12MPH Edited October 23, 2007 by SKINNER
Joe 2
5 miles in 30 mins = 10 miles in 60 mins, 60 mins = 1 hour, which equals 10 miles per hour

Guest little lurcher
10mph? 5miles in 30 mins double that, = 10 miles in 60 mins (1hr) therefore 10 miles per hour
