What is the cost of a Firearms Certificate or a Shotgun Certificate in England, Scotland, Wales and Southern Ireland ? In Northern Ireland a Certificate costs £50 for 5 years, that covers everything from air rifles through to centre fire rifles and shotguns. Last year there was a rumour it was going up to £120 for 5 years but nothing has come off it yet. Quote Link to post
walshie 2,804 Posted October 1, 2014 Report Share Posted October 1, 2014 £50 for the first 5 years, £40 for renewal. You need one for shotguns and one for FAC here, but you can run them coterminously for £50 for the pair for renewal or £60 for initial grant. Quote Link to post
