Can I have your lapel numbers.." There was a pair of coppers caught shagging at our work years ago and I've caught plenty of shaggers and weed heads over the years. Years ago before I became an upstanding citizen I was , shall we say known to trespass in pursuit of game at night . Me and my mate were returning to my van which was parked behind the hedge in the field , we could see two coppers shining torches in through the windows . We stashed the lamp and rabbits and went to speak to plod . "Alright boys been lamping have we" , "nah mate , just walking the dogs " . " oh yeah , green wellies , Barbour jackets , lurchers , you've been lamping " !!! "F-ck me ! You're some sort of detective ".Said my mate , big mistake . They kept us there for over an hour while they went over my truck with a fine toothed comb . I got done for insufficient tread on one of my tyres .
