flinty 19 Posted October 17, 2007 Report Share Posted October 17, 2007 i have made a few snares up i have ad for ages now and just pegd then up and was just wondering how high of the floor in a run or over a gap in the fence wer a rabbits slides under the fence i have read the g.s waters and it dosent realy make sense to me and ho wbig the loop shud b rufly i got told around my fist in size and 4fingers of floor for runs and to for the runs under a fence true ? ... flinty Quote Link to post
DEL 5 Posted October 17, 2007 Report Share Posted October 17, 2007 It all really depends on the hight of the grass for your peg snares but i set mine around the 6-6 1/2 inch mark,as for your fence snares i set mine a couple inches off the ground but by no means am i an expert on snaring theres members on here that can tell you better.
