Millet 4,497
If it's starting at 4 am then at around 3.50 am start walking around the site banging two dustbin lids together while screaming loudly. This should get rid of them. .. maybe a pigeon scarer set to go of every ten minute's would cut the labor cost's.. Quote Link to post

talpa 55
I have no experience of bird free, but the crows territorial reaction to attacking their reflections is going to over ride any visual or audio deterrants. I think shooting may open you up to scrutiny as which licence would you operate under - some-one could pull you up. The only thing I can think may work is avi shock tracks but it would be difficult if the crows are attacking g/floor windows due to h+s of guests. Any way to stop reflections on the windows, temporary gauze covers for the nesting period with info in guest book and take a small hit on fees for that time; it may be unpopular with the client but it will maintain occupancy and save pull outs and refunds and compensation. I have a carrion nesting on the end of my paddock and she attacks anything over the size of a sparrow up to buzzards, kite and Raven. Most nests will fledge the young crows in the next week or so and the territorial attacking will stop. T Quote Link to post
