Dranny GLC 112
Does anyone feed there ferrets while out on a full days ferreting and how long would you work a ferret.? Quote Link to post
bobcullen79 1,495
Normally feed a bit of liver at the end of the day, and offer them a water bottle throughout if its going to be a long day. They have food down constantly at home, so should never be really hungry any way. The length of a shift depends on what needs doing, I wouldnt imagine you`d get a full day out of one ferret, especially when it warms up. So I`d increase the number of ferrets if needed, rotating as the day goes on. Better to have them and not need them, than need them and not have them. 1 Quote Link to post
