bullmastiff 615
I'm hoping someone on here that owns an Escort semi-auto will be able to give me some info. I was looking at left handed Escorts at the Shooting Show on Sunday and noticed that although the action has been modified to left handed so the cartridges don't spit out across your face, the safety catch on them was still on the wrong side. You had to reach round the trigger guard to push it into the 'off' position before taking a shot. None of the sellers at the gun stalls (and there were some big retailers their too) had spotted this and were surprised when I pointed it out to them. They said no one had mentioned it before and they've sold loads of them. Apparently the Winchester and armsan semi-autos can be changed by removing a spring and changing the pin round. So my question is, Can it be altered?? their must be a way to swap it round otherwise it would be a nightmare to shoot with? Quote Link to post

ferreting lad 2
I bought a escort just after Xmas, I find it good even though I've only used it a few times. I've splatter a few crows with it, easy to shoulder and pretty light with the synthetic stock Quote Link to post
