Renault Master Van Door Problem

back door wont open at the top ---the handles loose i`ve had a look and i`m guessing the cables come off somewhere can i fook fix it so heres the question if i undo the bolts in the pic will that free the catch so i can get in the back doors open --its in next week for a service and cambelt so i`ll get the lad to sort the door...post-14509-0-04365400-1388496577_thumb.jpgpost-14509-0-62687500-1388496644_thumb.jpg

In that black plastic "cup" that latches onto the metal ring, there's a sort of "c" shaped bit of metal that grabs the ring when the door is shut. It just rocks forward at the top and back at the bottom about 1/2". You should be able to get a small screwdriver in there to lever it back. There's not much tension on it.

Had the same on my Vauxhall van. How different can they be?
