Craig Fosse 286
Hi guys, the ejector broke on my old single barrel shotgun today and it's restricting me opening the action(break barrel) it was made in 1958 so there is little chance of me finding another so I was wondering if I can just remove the ejector and finger pull the rounds, is this a dangerous idea or is it a safe thing to do? Craig Fosse 286
I have taken the retaining pin out mate and pulled the whole extractor out, was just wondering if I could use it like that or if it's best to try and get one fitted Quote Link to post

Craig Fosse 286
Yer that's not the problem, the problem is the ejector is bent mate, and I can't bend it back, the extractor still works tho, just wondering if I could just leave the extractor in and keep the ejector out(I was hoping to use it tomorrow ) Quote Link to post

Craig Fosse 286
I also tried to contact this guy but he hasn't got back to me at all, is it dangerous to just use it without the ejector in it? I'm pretty sure the extractor will work if I just keep that in Edited December 10, 2013 by Craig Fosse Quote Link to post
