robbo 802
I am trying to repair a Victorian cradle for a friend of a friend. This has net sides which I have made OK but can't figure out a neat way to knit the two ends together. The cradle is an oblong shaped frame with holes in which the top mesh slots through and then has a cord threaded through it . would appreciate any suggestions or advice on how to do it. For want of a better description its like stitching together two ends of a long net.

bobcullen79 1,495
Have a look at the "Repairing a net" thread in longnetting, Im sure you could apply the same technique used for big holes..
