Pignut 4
My bitch is ok off a lead and is used to coming with me when I am working, so is fairly obedient. But when she is in the hill, a red mist descends and she is gone, not listening and hunting. I like the definition "self employed". It sums her up. She is also easily led by my dog patterdale who buggers off all the time into the hill, wandering far and wide for miles. He is kept on a lead now and never to be trusted off it. Here, farmers shoot dogs and tell you afterwards, just for being the vicinity of sheep. My lurcher is very good - buggers off and comes back. Pignut Quote Link to post
