dare 1,103
Read about this in the sun the other day. No i dont read that gossip mag someone at work brought it in lol. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2450762/Shipping-containers-rented-London-homes.html More of a sign that the rich are getting rich? The poor are expected to live in shipping containers :/ while landlords charge silly amounts. Maybe ill get called a racist for it in our politicly correct state but how about sending aload of people back? Being born here should give you a priority, charity starts at home. Far to many council places house people who dont want to embrace our way of life and those who come here with no intention of getting a job. The benefits system gives them a better life than back home anyway so whats the point of working? If your here to escape war although i couldnt really give a f**k but to please the tree huggers id say fine come...BUT....get a job within a year to give something back to the country which is meant to have saved your life? Should be offering this sorting of housing to those who come from shithole countries. Rather than letting them in and giving them 5 bedroom houses because they have 11 kids. Anyway thats my opinion what do you on here make of it?
gnasher16 31,835
Thats the good old London Borough of Waltham Forest for you !.......Ripped down 3 tower blocks in Capworth Street because they was an eyesore and no longer suitable as living accomodation.................and put this luxury housing in its place..............as they are doing with both the Marlowe Rd and Stocksfield estates..........." we no longer want people living in 300 feet high lego sets " was what they was saying 5 years ago........................today " shipping containers are the way forward " Thats what happens when you have corrupt ol bill sitting in on council meetings !
