Craig Fosse 286
I tell you what I did do for the first time is letting the rabbit sit in salt water overnight, I put them on the chimnea the next day and god they were good! Just a bit of seasoning with pepper, rabbits can go most of their life without drinking because they get all their water from their food, which is why they tend to be very tough(and dehydrated hence their pee), infusing salt water gets the meat nice and tender! Aye it helps with the blood and bruising , but with rabbit being such a mild meat i just buy a cook in sauce and put it in a casserole dish for a hour . Then korma rabbit etc Quote Link to post
