well the weather has changed very cold and windy last night only managed 2 woodys this morning,saw a few bunnys but they were off as soon as i raised the excaliber,do you like summer hunting or winter months the best

Iv been knocking afew off during the summer to show my face to land owners but prefur it in the winter months as everything has bread and ready to be shot

The woodies have really started to show up in fair numbers in the last two weeks down here in Kent, one method I use is to put out some seed for them! My local Agri store sells some cheap mixed seed that does the trick, I then set up in the woods nearby and as a bonus I dictate the range by where I put the seed. Watch the birds and feed in areas they are already feeding in, set up and enjoy a good day out! I leave the downed birds where they fall instead of giving away my position and have had some cracking days out!
