greenman 221
This is my first PCP I brought this rifle of a friend a couple of days ago. Shot fine in his garden, had a few shots at a fence post at home and shooting spot on. It came with a pump, he showed me how to use it and said he pumps it up to just between the red and green on the guage and keeps it about there. Pumped it up as he said, seemed fine. Guage is reading pressure. Had a couple of early morning shots at rabbits out the bedroom window and missed or so I thought? Tried one at the fence post, missed again? Tried one this morning and thought shit, they aren't coming out the barrel? Sounds like there is good pressure and the guage is reading fine. What the hell have I done! My pal is stumped anout it he never had a probl and I know he wouldn't intentionally diddle me so that isn't the issue. I assume its a gunsmith job? Any sensible suggestions appreciated for the cause, a solution or a good air rifle savvy gunsmith near north Hampshire. Thank you. Quote Link to post

villaman 9,982
Take out the mag and push a cleaning rod down the barrel try and get them out. Have you filled up to 200 bar ? Quote Link to post
greenman 221
Just put a bit of loo roll over the muzzle to see if any are is coming through without loading again and shot a hole through the paper so what was stuck is out and it's now firing fine. Thank you for quick responses. I really don't know what I did to cause it? Shooting fine again and spot on? Quote Link to post
barrywhite 282
you may have not put that little catch thing on the right .and you may be shooting air only because you havent put a pellet in the barrel because the mag isnt rotating untill you engaged the little catch ,do it often my self .
