Lots of unknown variables to your question but generally when shooting on an incline (say 30deg) to a distance of 25yd and your scope is zeroed at 25yd on a horizontal plain, the point of impact will be higher than the same zero point of aim by about ¼” depending upon the ftlb power. Hold under of the cross hairs by about ¼”will be required to compensate for the incline. The only successful way to achieve the desired accuracy is to practice on your permission, get to know the distances and inclines before attempting to shoot live quarry.

Your best bet is to take some targets with you and set them out on your permission.

With a 25yd zero on flat ground, you will find that when shooting up into a tree or downhill, the POI will be different.

I can only suggest that you practice 'in the field' to get your aimpoints sorted, before giving mr bunny a bash.

Pretty much what A1WOC said

he's saying he's zero'd so cross hair is as close to on as can be from 10 yard to 25 yards..does any one else do that.

my reply is...it's up tto you to put it where your cumfy at.

persoonly i set up for all round shooting, so that even on an odd day out i'm fluent in my tragectry, be it 2-10 yard pen shooting or 60 yard pigion n squireel shots up tall pine.(and anything in between).

but...if your never going any where else, nowt rong with how you've done it.
