Housing For Stags

after some ideas for housing stags ideal looking for something that is not going to cost an arm and a leg. have been looking on other sites at the dome and square pens like theses was just wondering if anyone else uses these and how they hold up in cold weather .i will be putting the stags in a cockerel box over night and then be putting them in to these pens when its not to early as don't want the neighbors complaing about been up to early lol

would you say a 4 ft square pen would be suitable for a asil x shamo stag?also what did you use to treat the wood.cheers

id say so yes, depends how big it is tho. creosote sprayed it on

think i am going to do a similar design to this but instead of using plywood i was thinking of using pallet wood as i can get hold of this.would pallet wood be a good material to use or would it be a hotel for mites as there will be more crack for them to hide

i meant housing for stags as an all year round pen.my stags are put out on tether every day mate but wouldn't leave them tethered to a tepee or a barrel over night as cats/fox's/ and thieving scum are about
