Giro 2,648 Posted July 11, 2013 Report Share Posted July 11, 2013 End of july - August I would ramp it up a few notches.. Bike work - late evening mooches.. At the present I have just been giving them short walks on the football pitch and a 3/4 mile jog every other night. That's only because I have started jogging myself and I would be daft to leave the dogs at home.. I will get the biking up to ten miles but that's a slow progression.. That's 2/3 times a week with ball work and free running in-between. Quote Link to post
