dogs-n-natives 1,182
Ive ordered a go pro black, might make for some interesting vids when hunting abroad, or rabbiting here as you can strap em onto the dog easy enough. Would like to knoow others opinions, experiences with this video camera Cheers DnN

Ratreeper 441
I haven't owned one but I have seen a few hunting vids with them strapped to the collar of a lurcher or terrier, I thought it looked really good and gives a great perspective. I think it was an Australian chap on here who might have posted a vid up a while ago Either way please post some vids when you get it, it would be cool to see.
dogs-n-natives 1,182
Im in Canada for the autumn, hunting, taking the dogs over, so I will hopefully get some footage over there.
Astral 253
Yeh I use one and swear by it. Not only can you buy almost an infinite amount of accessories to do pretty much anything you can think up (Underwater casing, extension poles, head/animal straps etc) but the image quality is really very good. For such a tiny camera I would have expected to see some deterioration in its abilities but it shows up my old Sony pro that I spent double the money on! I attached mine to the kite strings looking down on me when I went kite surfing and the footage was awesome! You could easily rig it up to a rifle, or attach it to a dog. You can get extending bendy poles and lighting to go down rabbit holes. Grand piece of kit in my opinion.
dogs-n-natives 1,182
Thanks for the input mate, the underwater stuff sounds good, as im wanting to get into my harpoon fishing, and I do a bit of cliff jumping and stuff too. But no doubt it will spend most of its life strapped to a dog! lol
