redpat1 225
This is my 14 month old Patterdale. She missed last season as she was still a bit young and very puppyish. I am hoping she will mature a bit more as before the winter as she is still very playful. She self entered at around a year or so which was a cock-up on my part, took her for a run in fox country and let her off the lead, lost her for around 45 minutes and then after a lot of calling appeared next to me with that unmistakeable smell and thick clayish mud engrained into her fur for that slick back look! The only holes I could find with fresh markings were apparently empty as my trusty Springer didn't mark at all. I am hoping the Patt bolted them and that she didn't come away. She came from a member from the site from decent lines and so far have no reason to doubt it, we shall see what she is really made of in a few months time. She is excellent with the kids and has a lovely personality around the house but seems to switch when she catches a scent. I would really like to take her along with an experienced dog to see what its all about, anyone who fancies helping me out give me a PM. Any comments or thoughts appreciated Pat 2 Quote Link to post

redpat1 225
She looks well mate ! She is a cracker mate, just hope she lives up to expectations. I told you about the coat, it is really wiry and thick but its neither long or short. I don't know if it will change as she gets older. Quote Link to post

redpat1 225
I haven't spoken to him for a while, I might give him a nudge to find out how the others are doing. Quote Link to post
