ferretville 69
Here`s one for the experienced ferret keeper. When do ferrets reach there sexual maturity and when would you class them as being adults. I`ve got a hob and a jill about 13 weeks old was just wondering. Any feed back would be grate full 007ferret. Quote Link to post
ferret15 0
i am by no means a expert but sexual maturity is reached in the first spring after there birth (IE when the come in ti season for the first time i would say sexual maturity and adult Hood go hand in hand Quote Link to post
Kay 3,709
Yes as a general rule spring after birth, but i would seperate any ferrets the min the hobs balls drop even if the jills havent come into season , possibly the back end of the yr to prevent any unplanned pregnancys Quote Link to post
