Last year I bought a Callmaster digital caller unit from decoying.co.uk, not the cheapest of items but I find it works very well. Lately my caller developed a problem, the speaker wasn't working properly and there was interferance on the calls. So I wrote off to one of the partners of the company as he posts on a few websites that I'm on. I outlined the problem and he told me to send the unit back and they'd sort it. So I did that on the 26th by normal post from Ireland and today I have in my hands a brank spanking new Callmaster unit That to me is great customer service. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
