Open Or Closed Fac Ticket

does a closed ticket list the estates/farms ect on which you can shoot? or how do you differ the two? cheers

Closed will specify the land where the rifle can be used,

 

Absolute pain in the arse,, ask for an open due to invites to other places.

 

If you are L&B you may get an open anyway, cause they don`t like closed tickets. My first FAC was open

closed will say "on land deemed suitable" by bla bla and open will say "on land which the owner has lawfull authority to shoot"

on my ticket it says for my .22, .17hmr, and .223....on land deemed suitable by the chief officer of police for the area where the land is situated and over which the holder has lawful authority to shoot.

If its the police that decide if the land is suitable its closed, if you can decide its open
