Blackbriar 8,569
I was wondering about that myself,i thought the police were the generally accepted body for law enforcement?! I reckon these wardens are the rural equivalent of the private security bods seen around town centres, but I've no idea who's paying them.. They are generally the spotty- faced little berks who don't have what it takes to be a real copper !! That twat Blair introduced them under the disguise of "community involvement", when what they actually are is policing on the cheap !! I Wouldn't care but when they do eventually turn up they are about as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike ! (End of rant!) 2 Quote Link to post
Blackbriar 8,569
True story! One of my neighbours had, until recently, a Border Collie aged 19 years ! He was almost blind, half deaf and the 30 yard walk to the end of the street took him 10 minutes (honestly). The dog warden told my friend to put a lead on the dog in case it ran out into the road !!!! Common sense is obviously a rare commodity these days !! Quote Link to post
