Wanted Led Lensor P7 Filters

has any one used the p7 filters as i have just received mine and when you place the filter in the ring it dosnt seem right and in doing so i pushed the outer ring onto the torch head and broke the first filter there made from very fine mirror glass has any one had thease probs before or is it me putting it in wrong as theres a recess in the ring does it go behind that?

The fliter fits in the holder from the back. There are a couple of clips there to hold the filter, but they are a fiddle to get in.
