Mawders 595
Well, Went out this morning to have a go at the squizers and wasn't disappointed, the weather was cold and little snowflakes fell but that didnt stop me finding my little stretch of trees I like to sit in and wait for a squizer. Wasnt much about today, I think it was to cold for even the vermin. Still a good fews hours out walking around the 140 acres in search of Mr Nutkins. Only saw 2 or 3 squirrels out but two of these were in the distance running around and the one that was within range stayed still for to long. Distance to target was 30 yards and the only way of taking the shot was a standing unsupported shot up into the trees at about a 45 degree angle. I really am loving the balance of this rifle, it comes up to the shoulder nicely and bang, straight away the eye relief is there instead of raising or lowering your cheek or moving your head back and forth. The balance is such, that all the weight just feels central on the rifle, its not front heavy at all. This also means theres less wavering around trying to stay on target. So a brilliant few hours out this morning with my shooting partner and back home enjoying a hot brew. A few gun porn pics for you of the ultra impressive Pro Sport and my only kill of the day. Thanks all. Quote Link to post
Dirk Diggler 2
Cracking looking gun you got there mate, very nice. And top draw shooting too, unsupported squizzer on a sunday morning can't be bad, it was bloody cold though, brrrrrrrrrrr. Quote Link to post

Mawders 595
She's a real hum dinger! My shooting skills are fair at best, I swear its the rifle upping my ability. She's just soooo well balanced, never had a rifle like it. I'm yet to master her but when I do and my skills come along I reckon we'll be a match made in heaven! Quote Link to post
milegajo 595
Glad to see you're having some satisfaction after your little saga. It would be cheaper if there was a 'one fits all' rifle, (how boring!) but I think it fair to say that the Prosport is certainly one that fits most! Quote Link to post
