I would start him with a springer power rifle........you can pick up some really decent stuff s/hand....HW 99, Webleys, BSA or I think you can pick up a decent new gun for about the £200 mark............all the best

I have a webley exocet and an air arms s200 for sale mad if any of them will do? Let me know and i'll fill you in on whats in each set up and prices etc.

Took the words out my mouth bobo.My daughter is 10 and she's been shooting an s200 for the last couple of years.Got her a ratcatcher to start,but there a wee bit underpowered for the bunneys.

Id take Bobo up on his offer of the s200 madhunter,cracking wee gun and small and light enough for a young un.

honestly i rate the bsa lightning and can be fitted with a gas ram and you'll never lose power if left cocked for long periods, top price with scopes can be found around £200-£250 mark

was thinking around those guns mate cheers hows the dogs comming on
