My reason would be that I can zero very precisely with a proper range finder and after using it a lot I'll just get used to ranges and not need it so much. :-) Quote Link to post
Acuspell 329 Posted December 30, 2012 Report Share Posted December 30, 2012 Will you take into consideration the angle of the shot - some rangefinders do it all for you, others show linear distance only. Angled shots are equal to the horizontal distance, not the straight line distance, so range estimation to the bottom of the tree is near enough. Quote Link to post
