stillair1 16 Posted January 18, 2013 Report Share Posted January 18, 2013 (edited) Hi Rob peep's have burn't hot spots in their tubed nv with lasers by tightening the beam to an intense spot on the screen. But in normal use where you adjust the laser beam to fill the field of view through the scope I have had no issues in 5 seasons of use with a mix of gen 1&2. Another caution btw is not to carry the rifle pointy end down with the laser lit as the close reflection off the ground and back into the nv unit may cause damage.
