How can I try a few?

No shop around here that I know of lets you try before you buy.

I know absolutly nobody that shoots air rifels.

I guess I'll have to ring the gun shop in Newport to ask where there is a range that shoots air rifles.

When I do find one, I can't see people queuing up to let me try their guns, or will they??

I live in South Wales (Cwmbran) is there anybody here that is local'ish ?

I've only got one pile of cash to spend, I can't afford to chop and change like many do.

alright, I don't live that far really. Pontypridd, your more than welcome to try my revamped mfr with mk3 trigger I think. It's shooting sweet as a nut. Infact u could try mine, my mates mk2 , and my other mates s type, their all spot on. I even know a bloke with a mk1 ,mk2 and mfr up for sale just up the road. Lol we love the rapids in the valleys haha. Pm me if you would like to have a go , atb

I currently own a HW100 and previously owned a Daystate Mk4. I so prefer the HW, not that the Mk4 wasn't a good rifle it was a great rifle. Just little things on the Mk4 you got to remember to do like charge the battery.... lol

If the HW feels a little low then you could always fit an adjustable butt on the end to lift the stock.

as already suggested, get down somewhere and thry before you buy.......

I have to agree with you there Andy  .

I have shot a lot of pcps over this past last 4 years.

Daystate Air Ranger, Daystate Air Wolf, Daystate Panther Daystate MK 4IS, HW100KT, S, T, Rapid MFR, Air Arms S400, S410, BSA r10, Scorpion SE and Ultras.

All the above named rifles are great rifles and very accurate , but there is something special about a HW100KT for me and I dare say that none of the above named other rifles could better it.

Maybe match it but not better it  .

Si.
