Sundays outing with rabbitcatcher1

I was invited out for a Sundays ferreting with Adam and his 2 nephews and his son. The day started a little slow with a very hard frost , his plan was to run the hedgrows bottom to top netting well in front so we were working the ferrets all the time , started very slow but soon had one in the bag then one slip the net but moss his lurcher took care of it but the ground was so hard it was hurting her feet . As the day went on the rabbits started to come faster and soon into double fingers . We went to the the other hedge and it was rabbit after rabbit , silly me jumping through the some thicket after a bunny in a net a bit off straw or twig went right up me nose blood all over lol . The day ended with 29 a very good day with a very good host in Adam and his troops cheers mate one to remember

The worst ones are the rushes for going up your nose when youbare digging, they seem to get miles up there before they hit something sensitive, then your eyes are pouring. (Not crying like a girl. not gay or owt!)

I forgot to say about the little polecat latching on to my finger as well but that straw up me nose still hurts lol still give the lads some thing to laugh about
