advice on 2 month old terrier pup with infection

my 2 month old patterdale x jack russell got a nick or bite on his nose 3 days ago it seemed to be clearing up nicely but today has come up swollen and a small bit of puss and watery blood came from it . if [NO TEXT TALK] knows how i should treat this or should i consult the vet any advice greatly appreciated thank you

clean it with salt water and keep a close eye on it, any doubts get it to a vet

Could try warm salty water and a little diluted savlon that's all I've used and never had a problem bath with warm salty water every day till you see it starting to heel if not no harm getting it checked out
