For Sale Taxidermy

I've a couple of taxidermy items I'm getting rid of for sale....A lovely wall mounted cased Two Barred Crossbill. This was done by Roger Fisher and he's probably the best taxidermist of birds that I've had the pleasure of meeting. Great condition, the bird is on a perch with undergrowth around it with a butterfly at its base. There is a light background sketch of a wood, a feature of Rogers work. £35.

I also have a brown/red OEG cockerel. In life this bird won many shows, and I recall asking the owner, "When it falls of its perch can I could have it, I'll have done at the taxidermists?". In fantastic condition, the bird has been "dubbed" and had its spurs sharpened as if for the pit and is in fighting pose. This would look the business in a farmhouse or country home especially and is set on a piece of timber, £45.
