Crosman Ratbuster

I use a Crosman 2240 for shooting rats at close quarters. Trouble is, by the time I've looked down the barrel to aim it, the little sods have run off. I figured fitting a cheapo laser would aid quick aiming, but I can't for the life of me work out how you can attach a laser to one of these. Any ideas?
