After ages of prodding and poking the doctor declares that its too big a job for him and refers the lady to Gus the puss sucker. Eventually the day arrives and she turns up for the appointment. Gus gets straight to work sucking huge amounts of puss from the boil when suddenly the lady lets out an almighty fart.
