putting 2 ferrets in a warren colled up

Iv bought a mk3 locater and 2 collers, what happens if both ferrets are to ground and you need to dig to them but surely enough it will be hard even to get a reading as the locator will pick up both signals

Yes, but if the ferrets are at seperate points and still, you will just pick up two readings at different points. If that makes sense?

the beeps are different when 2 are together up a stop end...its when youve got more than 2 down you start getting confused and dizzy..lol... but you can tell when there 1 or more together with the beeps from locator. we had 8 the other day. . . usually when alls quietened down in the burrow you end up with just a couple stuck to there game..box the rest up and find the missing ones.
