Never do what I once did . I last kept a pair of ferrets about twenty years ago and on one nice warm but not hot day, I decided to go out for a run. Turned out to be a bit hotter than I thought and generally sweated my guts out for the whole time I was running .

Now when I got back, like a numpty, I decided to feed the ferts , what a mistake , they always ate well and always got really excited at meal times , so never really thought as I got their nosh ready that they were getting really wound up from the smell of the salt on my body and that they were going to be looking for ME as their food source

Thankfully, they had always been well behaved friendly little mates of mine :whistle: , so they just hung on to me and never broke any skin
